One trend is the increasing recognition of emotional intelligence as a crucial skill in the workplace. Another is the importance of authentic and empathetic communication, especially in our increasingly digital world. HOST: Those sound like important areas to focus on. I imagine there must be challenges when it comes to teaching these skills. What would you say are the most significant hurdles? GUEST: Two main challenges come to mind. First, helping students become more self-aware and open to change. Second, providing practical, hands-on experiences so they can practice and apply their new skills effectively.
