HOST: Speaking of techniques, what challenges have you faced or observed in teaching plant-based cooking to kids? GUEST: One common challenge is overcoming the misconception that plant-based meals are boring or lack variety. In the course, we address this by exploring a wide range of exciting and flavorful recipes that kids will love. Another challenge is ensuring that meals are both nutritious and satisfying for growing children, which we achieve by balancing proteins, carbohydrates, and healthy fats.
